A trained chef with more than 15 years of culinary experience.
Marissa’s relationship with food began in the kitchen of her Argentine grandmother. She started working in hospitality at sixteen, trained at Epicurean Cooking School in Los Angeles, and built a career spanning restaurants, private chef service, catering, baking, recipe development and food styling.
Since 2016, Marissa Fisk Catering has served Austin, Dripping Springs and the Texas Hill Country. Marissa is also a culinary contributor for Dripping Springs City Lifestyle, with more than 40 published recipes and editorial food features.
